There are many Software Tools available for that purpose. What are the problems there (if there are some)? Do you think it is worth investing in something new here? What would you expect from a such a new software?

I think it would be great to have a robust, easy and flexible all in one platform (no/less format conversions), which is even suggesting additional experiments if necessary to complete the assignment.
