Hi,

I am running COSY on a DNA:RNA hybrifd. However, I have got no cross-peaks at all even for CYT H5-H6? what do you think the problem is? I am using cosydfesgpph as pulse programme.

Thank you

Apart from instrumentation setup issues (can't help you there) it is possible that your complex of RNA and DNA is forming a very large particle that relaxes too fast for you to acquire any signal. It's also possible that the DNA/RNA mix is exchanging, broadening your signals too much. Are you positiv your DNA:RNA hybrid forms a tight interaction that does not aggregate?
