Hello, When I process 3d data on topspin with the ft3d command, I get the three-dimensional spectra, but the chemical shifts of the the indirect third dimension are not right (even though the sr parameter is correct) We do 3d ncc experiments on proteins (solid-state NMR). Anyone does 3d data processing on tospin and it actually works?

Hi Gili, I've edited the title a little to make it more specific. Cheers. - Evgeny Fadeev (May 08 '10 at 10:55)

I believe that the parameter you should set is SF in the indirect dimension. The is the absolute frequency of 0 ppm in MHz. You should have no problem then. - Kirk Marat (May 10 '10 at 13:16)
