Hi, i'm trying to set a J-HMBC experiment to measure coupling constant J2-J3 CH (hmbcetgpjcl2nd) to determine stereochemistry of organic compounds in a Bruker but I can not set the parameters correctly. Someone could put at least the basic parameters to perform this experiment?

Hi Cleber, here is the manual to the sequence that you want to run that I've set up after reading the sequence and the paper. The sequence corresponds to figure 1B of the article cited within. I did not run the sequence myself though.

thank you very much for the manual. Will help a lot. However, I was not sure at what value of cnst13 should I use? From what I saw in the paper, values cnst6 and cnst7 can be 125 and 165 respectively, but does not mention anything of value cnst13. - Cleber Barreto (Jul 12 '10 at 15:34)

Hi. Reading more carefully I realized that the value should be 1 Hz in cnst13 for d6 (DELTA) is longer than 500 ms. Thanks for the help. - Cleber Barreto (Jul 13 '10 at 02:47)
