Hi, i'm trying to set an experiment to measure J-HMBC coupling constant J2-J3 CH (hmbcetgpjcl2nd) to determine stereochemistry of organic compounds in a Bruker but I can not set the parameters correctly. Someone could put at least the basic parameters to perform this experiment?
