Volume Integration 2D spectra

Hi,

Can anyone enlighten me on the best way to calculate volume integration on 2D spectra (Bruker, Topspin). I have tried these two methods and obtained very different results. I'm just interested in two peaks in the spectrum. 1. I used the manual integration method and defined the regions. This gave me an integral ratio of 1:0.5 2. I defined the peaks using the peak-picking menu, then accessed the [int2d] menu and set it 'to lowest contour level'. This gave a ratio of 1:0.3

What should I be doing?
