I was looking for the same thing and to my knowledge there is no simple 1D sequence with a spin lock filter. However it is easy to create: insert the lines

4u pl29:f1

(p29 ph5)

after the excitation pulse of your desired 1D sequence. Change the power level on f1 back as necessary. Add the line

"p29=d29"

to the header. Add the line

ph5=1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 3 3 3 3 3 3 3 3

to the phase cycle. d29 is now the parameter to edit for your desired spin lock filter duration (typically up to 250ms). Adjust pl29 to the low power level of a TOCSY spin lock pulse (this is important!!). On our spectrometer for example the spin lock power level is attenuated by 16.8 dB relative to the high power pulse.
