Hi.we have a 500MHz AVANCE-bruker but unfortunatly it's has been quenched.our konsole has been off for about 6 month and when we turn the machine on,software could not set and old data wasn't available. My question is:why we can't use the software and data? our software is XWIN-NNR (Silicon Graphics O2)

At a rough guess, I suspect that you were running XWinNMR under the spectrometer licence (i.e. without a valid licence file). When the console is down, XWinNMR won't start because it doesn't have a valid licence or a connection to the console.
