When I try to launch the spincad utility in the command line of VNMRJ v. 2.2c I get the following error:

Error in startup script: invalid command name "init_balloons"
while executing
"# Compiled -- no source code available
error "called a copy of a compiled script""
    invoked from within
"tbcload::bceval {
TclPro ByteCode 1 0 1.3 8.3

    (file "/vnmr/bin/spincad" line 16)`

I don't quite understand what could have caused it and since I'm not really a programmer, I ask you for help, dear friends. Also, I've never tried to lauch spincad on this machine and I don't know if anyone did.

Thank's in advance! D. Kubicki

Hi, I don't believe spincad is supported in VJ2.2c. I don't believe it is supported on VNMRS. If you have an INOVA it may work, but I can't remember in which version spincad was removed. -George Gray Agilent Technologies - georgeg (Oct 23 '11 at 10:06)

What's it's equivalent in newer versions of Vj? I use INOVA, though, so it should work fine and the message I get seems to be some kind of compilation error. Is there any alternative (free?) software for that purpose? (graphical pulse sequence programming environment)
