Is anyone aware of NMR facilites, which possess a SSNMR equipped with a 2H wideline probe that can access sample temperatures in the range of 20-150 K?

people from Pacific National Lab did that. Please check this one- http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.jmr.2004.01.008 I am not sure however whether they provide services as a facility.
