Is it correct that COSY (not long range COSY) in the OsH-CH-CH chain is demonstrating cross-peaks only for OsH-CH-CH and OsH-CH-CH fragments independently on J between protons in OsH-CH-CH?

It all depends on the magnitude of the coupling, if it's small, then you won't see the correlation, typically in COSY you will rarely see H-H couplings where protons are separated by > 3 bonds, especially in the aliphatic chains.
