What does tcu error in bruker mean: ignored AQNEXT, busy FIFO is stopped?

Has any one seen this type of error before?

tcu error: Error in 'hsqcrexetf3gpsi3d.t22.d': line 92 (pc=50, ld=2300): - FCU2 (rp=16, wp=1690, stat=0X8040): ignored AQNEXT, busy FIFO is stopped

I am pretty sure its topspin and xwinnmr compatibility issue, since I am trying to execute a pulse sequence written on topspin. But what exactly is the issue is not clear to me. Please help.

Hi,

Here is the solution I got from Bruker Knowledgebase. Hope this can help you.

Symptom: On an Avance spectrometer equipped with AQS rack the acquisition of an experiment using the pulse program 'selzg' may abort with the error message:

"tcuerror: Error in FCU2: .... AQNEXT while busy FIFO".

This happens if the file 'scon' is missing in the configuration directory <xwinnmrhome>conf/instr/<instrument>.

Workaround: Call 'edscon' and click on 'save'.
