What are typical magnitudes in Hertz of resonance line width of proton, carbon-13, nitrogen-15 and phosphorus-31 in biological molecules in different residues, molecular weight, other circumstances? (i'm especially interested in such information on heavy nuclei since they are rarely observed directly)

Thanks.
