In ModelFree calculations how to deal with spins not assigned to models and vice versa?

What does it mean when modelfree does not assign any model to a particular spin? Also, what should one do if more than half the spins of your protein are not assigned to any model? Just repeat the dataset assuming there is some error in the data!
