Hi all, my question is how to perform a T2 measurement of 13C liquid NMR spectra in BRUKER AVIII ? What sequence to use? I’ve been try the sequence cpmg, just like in this link http://nmr.chinanmr.cn/guide/tutorials/1Dclas/t2h1.html My problem is that I want to decouple the spectra… Does anyone know what sequence should I use? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you asked Jan 29 '14 at 09:40 TiagoB |
Hi, You can use a 13C sequence like the one below. It just includes 1H broad-band decoupling during all the steps. ;cpmg with 1H broad-band decoupling for X nucleus ;amx-version ;T2 measurement using Carr-Purcell-Meiboom-Gill sequence "p2=p1*2" "d11=30m" 1 ze 2 d11 pl12:f2 d11 cpd2:f2 d1 p1 ph1 3 d20 p2 ph2 d20 lo to 3 times c go=2 ph31 d11 wr #0 if #0 ivc lo to 1 times td1 d11 do:f2 exit ph1=0 0 2 2 1 1 3 3 ph2=1 3 1 3 0 2 0 2 ph31=0 0 2 2 1 1 3 3 ;pl1: decoupler high power level ;p1 : 90 degree transmitter high power pulse ;p2 : 180 degree transmitter high power pulse ;d1 : relaxation delay; 1-5 * T1 ;d11: delay for disk I/O [30 msec] ;d20: fixed echo time to allow elimination of diffusion ; and J-mod. effects ;vc : variable loop counter, taken from vc-list ;NS: 8 * n ;DS: 2 or 4 ;td1: number of experiments = number of values in VCLIST ;define VCLIST ;this pulse program produces a ser-file (PARMOD = 2D) ;d20: d20 should be << 1/J ,but > (50 * P2) ;vc : vc should contain even numbers to provide ; for cancellation of 180 d answered Jan 31 '14 at 01:55 Thank you very much Cyclo Spinner, this solve my problem - TiagoB (Feb 19 '14 at 04:23) |
