Dear all, My new avance 400 is driving me crazy at the moment ! Shims are awful although I tried the topshim 3D on sucrose in D2O/H2O (as mentionned in another post), however... Yesterday, I called bruker to talk about the problem and I have been asked to check humpcal. I tried but an error appeared: "terminated at 17:25:50.567 with exit(0XC0000135) The specified module could not be found." The same error appeared this morning while trying to run a multizg and also while checking experience time with multiexpt. Does anybody have already met this problem ? Maybe I should run a cf first ?
