Hi, I am new in NMR. Can someone please answer me why prefer N-NMR but not C and H -NMR?

Why do you have this impression? In fact, 13C and 1H -NMR are much more popular than 14N/15N-NMR. Because for 14N, it is rich in natural abundance but it is a quadrupolar nuclear, which means the peaks are broad and always of quadrupolar lineshape (solid); for 15N, it's natural abundance is very poor, which means you have to employ special pulse sequences and long machine time or use the expensive isotope enriched samples.
