Dear Colleagues: I've varian nmr 300, and i've a problem with the spinner that doesn't eject, it stucked like it is frozen,,, the compressor was recently changed and there is a possibility of moisturized eject air , the nmr tube still intact with the spinner and the spinner was clean before inserting the sample
please advice me, and thank you all in advance Eyad Omari

I would disconnect the air hoses, unscrew the screws that hold the tube the sample travels through from the bore and lift it out to clean it/get the sample out. Just be careful when replacing it, sometimes there are rather delicate connectors between the top part and the probe that you don't want to bend or break which could occur if you try to replace it incorrectly. The best thing would be to get an NMR tech to do it for you.

After removing the upper stack and sample spinner, you will also need to thoroughly clean the spinner nest and all air passages. The very small holes for Bearing and Spin air can be cleared using a single fine strand of wire taken from a larger piece of stranded wire. - Jerry Hirschinger (Jul 22 '13 at 08:35)
