Also make sure that baseline correction is being done properly, or at least the same way, and the the integration limits are the same on the two programs. As a check, why not try it with TopSpin, SpinWorks, VNMRj or whatever else you may have available. |
Hi Frank, Maybe you are using a different integration algorithm. Mnova has two algorithms for the integration: 'Peaks' and 'Sum'. If your peak is broad, the Sum algorithm is recommended. For further info, please get in touch with us |
