I've seen that in the past and has more often that not NOT been a problem with lock system. It usually has been a communications glitch and after an 'su acqproc' and console restart the lock comes back. Give that a try and if that helps I'd look at software, 5 volt power supply, CPU board. Feel free to shoot an email with more questions and if I can help I'd be glad to give it a shot. It's calcarpenter@hotmail.com

I have tried that numerous times. We recently purchased a new ethernet board. So, hopefully this will help. I will contact you if this does not work. I appreciate your help. - Jonathon Knight (Jul 25 '11 at 05:47)
