Hi Cleber, as far as I know such software optimized for making NMR pulse sequence drawings does not exist.

But there are some that may somewhat help.

  • APSEQ - an extension package for Mathematica that analyzes pulse sequence symbolically and produces a drawing
  • NMRPulse - a tool for drawing pulse sequences within MediaWiki (our wiki uses that software) - that is it works through the web. Graphics output is in raster format at screen resolution.
  • something called "pulse tree" or similar (can't find the link unfortunately) geared mostly towards imaging sequences - not sure if it is maintained at all.

First two packages require typing pulse sequence specification by hand - there is no graphical interface.
