Hi all-

I'm acquiring 1-2s/dynamic, single-slice gradient echo image series over a period of 10 minutes or so. By default, the real, imaginary, and phase images have a really strange checkerboard pattern, but the magnitude images are fine. If I change the post-processing reconstruction options to 'auto_ppc', the images look good and are corrected. However, I want the data in real-time and am trying to extract these phase images from the fid/ser file during the scan, and can't wait for the end for paravision (v5.1) to reconstruct the images with the phase correction.

Does anyone know a simple fix for this?
