Call the Bruker NMR support about that one. Are you sure the other machines are running the 32-bit OS? It sounds like you got an update that has upset TopSpin. There are very few reasons left to remain on the 32-bit platform. I run TopSpin 1.5 on a 64-bit machine, so I assume

I run TopSpin 1.5 on a 64-bit machine, so I assumeassume any newer version of TopSpin will happily run on the 64-bit machines.
