So, everybody was right indicating the problem of States-TPPI implementation in Bruker: Bruker default sequences do not increment the receiver for the TPPI part of the States-TPPI. The problem can be solved by adding | nmrPipe -fn SIGN -alt \ when processing indirect dimension, or by shifting the spectrum 1/2 sw in the indirect dimension: | nmrPipe -fn CS -rs (sw/2)ppm \
