Hmm, this is really odd, but in our deployment of BioPack these the sequences you are mentioning have been replaced with the following statement (or similar):

/*  gnoesyChsqc_NC   for Heterodimer Studies
    has been temporarily removed
    for pulse sequence revision
*/

I've found the following sequences in the library:

CNfiltocsy.c          gnoesyChsqc_CNfilt.c
gChmqcnoesy_CNfilt.c  gnoesyNhsqc_CNfilt.c

Also, according to the Varian/Agilent user library (you'll have to find the biopack page there and register first) the noesy-hsqc sequences were in Dec 2009.
