If you use Topspin, there's AU program **gradratio** that calculates your gradients in HSQC, HMQC, HMBC after you chose a combination of nuclei. For 195Pt/1H it calculated: HSQC (hsqcetgp) 80:17.2 HMBC (hmbcgp) 70:30:61.5
