I installed the Topspin 3.2 pl 3 on windows 7, but when I am trying to open my NMR data it can only show process data file but not fid. However in Mac and Linux versions, I can see fid/ser files can load them. Is it new feature of Topspin on Windows?

Thanks.

I have no problems opening fids with Topspin 3.2 (any pl version). I am running TS 3.2 on Windows 7. I assume that your licence file is correct? I know that there is a "demonstrator" licence that limits what you can open...

As far as I know, FIDs are perfectly opened in TS 3.2/win7, on pl3 as well. Try to open ones from examdata; there shouldn't be handicaps like file permissions, otherwise there's a bug and you better report to Bruker knowledge base. Try pl5 as well.
