Dear all,

Although my first question, remained unanswered, I still stay optimistic hoping this one will find its way to you.

I did TALOS+ on the chemical shifts I've assigned. There is a residue which is showing multiple conformations(orientations) after structure calculations. Regarding what have happened to that region it makes sense. In Ramachandran plot, I see two sets of psi and phi angles, some TALOS+ trust and some it doesn't. Should I only take the trusted ones?

For me it makes sense that there are two sets, this is compatible with NOEs, etc. Should I take it as an advantage and use for interpretation?

What do you think?

Cheers Yar
