What is a good method to make quality plots of 2D and 1D NMR spectra of very large size? - e.g. for posters.

I always use SIMPSON/simplot to plot 1D spectra (save as .ps) and SPARKY for 2D (save as .ps) Then edit the plots in an editor alá adobe illustrator or the excellent and free svg editor inkscape.

Also gnuplot is a good choise in many instances.
