Dear NMR WIKIers

I prefer to measure best relaxation delay for 3D nmr experments by giving array ( like 0.5 , 0.6 , 0.7 0.8 , 0.9 and 1 sec ) on VNMRJ . I ll check their 1d projection or planes f1f3 and f2f3 and other . then i prefer which give best result

is their any other standred method or other cross check to verify best relaxation delay ?

Thanking you

Sri

Dear Sri, the method described above is certainly a good one. But you have to consider that sometimes a shorter delay will allow for more transients in the available experiment time and this way lead to a better signal to noise ratio. Of course one has to make sure that the sequences properly deals with artefacts created by rapid recycling. Clemens
