BMRB data bank has a number of raw data sets with assignments.

Here is one record for a 19 residue peptide, and the spectra are here. There are a couple of other peptide data sets.

Also a book "NMR of proteins and nucleic acids" by Kurt Wuthrich may be helpful. There are four chapters on protein assignments.

cheers.

I just taught a grad student lab course where we assigned bacitracin, a nonribosomal 11-mer cyclic peptide with a couple of ornithines and D-amino acids. I'll be happy to share the raw data.
