Is there software to draw NMR pulse sequences?

Hi Cleber, as far as I know such software optimized for making NMR pulse sequence drawings does not exist.

But there are some that may somewhat help.

APSEQ - an extension package for Mathematica that analyzes pulse sequence symbolically and produces a drawing
NMRPulse - a tool for drawing pulse sequences within MediaWiki (our wiki uses that software) - that is it works through the web. Graphics output is in raster format at screen resolution.
something called "pulse tree" or similar (can't find the link unfortunately) geared mostly towards imaging sequences - not sure if it is maintained at all.

First two packages require typing pulse sequence specification by hand - there is no graphical interface.
