Hi guys :

Is there a public database of sample Bruker/Varian NMR spectra ? I want to look at a sample 4D SER file ...

Specifically Im trying to see how Bruker 4D data sets are formatted, but I dont have one. Does anyone know if there is a database of sample spectra anywhere that has such a 4D SER file ?

Hi Jay,

BMRB site has some raw data, not sure if they have any 4D sets though. Will update the link tomorrow.

edit: sorry hurried to post, but there appear to be no 4D raw data on BMRB - you might as well ask Scott :).

I have a 4D NOESY (13C/15N) collected on a Bruker. Obviously its too big to paste here, if you really want it (the whole Bruker directory with ser, pulseprogram etc) just ask and give me a place to upload it.

Hey Scott, you can upload it through the wiki, http://nmrwiki.org/wiki/index.php?title=Special:Upload there is a fairly large file size limit. - Evgeny Fadeev (Jul 07 '10 at 07:54)

I'll wait for Jay to ask for it. Maybe he has got a spectrum already. - Scott Robson (Jul 07 '10 at 09:23)
